|| h i n d u i s m || Hinduism is not a religion but a PROCESS! It is neither a set of beliefs nor cultures nor a set of textbooks or anything to follow. Hinduism is just an easy name given [by some academics who love to define and record] as a blanket label to the mass of vibrating humanity living in Indian sub-continental peninsula - which has given birth to some of the most refined thinkers, researchers of mind and its intricacies, sages with a universal view, meta-physicians who studied the life beyond the physical body, rishis and philosophers who expressed their intuitive, direct, infallible spiritual experiences (aparoksha anubhuti achievable by any individual) in the Upanishads, the Vedas and numerable other lost or mostly vandalized by brute invadors and still indeciphered documents and scriptures.
Priceless truths common to all humanity, discovered by the Hindu sages through past eons constitute the structure of Hinduism.
It does not assert that final emanicipation is possible through its means and not through any other. It is only a means to an end and all means, which ultimately lead to the end are approved too.
It allows absolute freedom to the rational mind of man and it does not demand any restraint upon the reason, the free thought and free will of man.
If it is a religion it is a religion of freedom to get free. The absolute freedom which allows all individuals to reflect, investigate, inquire and stir the soul to get its own answers.
Hinduism does not condemn any creed, faith, religion, individual, book, people, society, country or state. It's a system to live and let live and respect the eternal bio-diversity laws which we call nature.
Hindus and Hinduism respects all religions and bows most humbly to all individuals considering them representation of divinity in them. Hinduism does not revile any religion or belief nor it imposes itself on anyone.
Hinduism is a practical approach to life and provides spiritual nutrition and subtle formules for all sorts of people to suit their needs, tastes, flavours, capacities and stages of spiritual development and conditioning of life.
Religion is practical aspect of philosophy and philosophy is rational aspect of religion. The Hindu philosophy is not academic textbook or arm-chair reading nor it is meant for intellectual curiosity and vain discussions, however i believe nothingness is the final stage of all discussions.
It is a way and a process of L I F E.
Religion to a Hindu is a way to know himSELF, his soul, his duty [dharma] and almost a perfect science for the realization of highest freedom of life.
Welcome to Hinduism - the most elastic, tolerant and flexible process of living.
There is no room for fanaticism, rigidness and illusionism in this process. It is a synthesis of collective connection to one universal God, characterised by wide toleration, deepest possible compassion to all living beings and highest possible spiritual purpose.
This is the reason Hindus or Indians or People of Indian peninsula survived the attacks of all invaders and adopted and absorbed them in its ambit eventually.
This is THE Universal process of life - which must continue, which must re-refine, which must improvise with each second, minute, hour, day, month, year, century, millenia, epoch [yuga] and eon.
